Choosing the right energy medicine practitioner is important. Elisa creates a warm and safe  place to begin her work with her client. I enjoy Elisa’s gentle, respectful, loving approach. She also works intuitively, so she doesn’t miss the subtleties that may arise during a session. This is an important trait in an energy practitioner. Even with a distance BioField Tuning Session, it was very effective. Elisa would ask the appropriate questions in bringing my awareness to something she noticed in my energy field. She restored my energy flow so I was able to relax  and get a very restful sleep that evening. Afterwards, I drank plenty of water, and took an Epson Salts bath, which is recommended.
